Military Boekelo VIP tickets Contest | Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions apply to the contest offering a pair of VIP tickets to Military Boekelo with Nina de Haas & Ritchie Bros.

Here are the following terms & conditions:

1. Organizer

This contest (“Contest”) is organized by Ritchie Bros. B.V. and Ritchie Bros. UK Ltd. (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Open to residents of Europe and the United Kingdom.
• Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must follow Organizer’s instruction per the video of Nina de Haas (Like, share and respond in the comments with a horse emoji).
• Only entries submitted before Sunday 5^th October 12pm will be considered.
• Multiple entries are not allowed.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of a trip to one of the largest equestrian sports events in the Netherlands, ‘Military Boekelo’ in Enschede, NL (Landsteinerlaan 45, 7548 AL) on Saturday 11^th October 2025.
• The prize package entitles 1 winner to 2 x VIP tickets available per prize draw, one prize draw for UK participants and one prize draw for EU participants . Tickets are for the ‘Cross Country Day’ on the 11^th October 2025 (https://www.military-boekelo.nl/EN/Home.aspx) with ferry costs included for one passenger vehicle, or low cost airline economy class tickets for 2 people, or 2^nd class Eurostar for 2 people for the UK prize draw! – whichever is the preference of the winner.
• Your 2 x VIP tickets include: Parking ticket for 1 vehicle, Entry tickets to the event with access to the Red Barn VIP area at the main arena. Food and drink included for the entire day.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
• The winner will be announced on Monday 6^th October via Ritchie Bros social platforms.
• The winner must respond within 24hrs of notification. If not, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Travel Conditions

• The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, such as passports, if required and travel bookings and costs (except for the UK prize draw where the travel cost is included for either one passenger vehicle on a ferry, or low cost airline economy class tickets for 2 people, or 2nd class Eurostar for 2 people).
• Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize (e.g., meals, insurance, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any costs associated with delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances affecting travel.

7. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that the Organizer may use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Data Protection

Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries.
The Organizer will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance and use of the prize, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing Law

The Contest and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Breda, NL.
